Alhamdulillah berjaya gak buat Detox 3 hari berturut2 (walaupun, terkantoi gak ngn dugaan kt umah.. hihihi) So ni la resultnye:

Day 1: loss 1.2 kg
Day 2: gain 0.7 kg (kantoi.. T_T)
Day 3: loss 0.2 kg

Total loss: 0.5 kg (sort of...)
Current weight: 83.8 kg
