1/2 rice + 1/2 mix vege + 1 piece fried fish + kuah sambal sardin
1 small bowl Green Grapes
500 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
500 ml H20

Dinner:@ 7.30 pm
400 ml H20 + 3 scoops F1 Cappuccino + 1 scoop F3 + 3 scoops HL Marigold Choc Low Fat
1 small bowl papaya
400 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
400 ml H20
