Maka bermula lah..

actually, dah lama niat nak loss kan skit berat sy skg ni.. tp asik x berhasil je (tambah lak disiplin kureng.. hihihi) so skg ni br la nmpk hasil nye walaupun masih skit je kurg nye.. BUT at least ni la usaha sy yg last n sy hrp sy akan commited sampai capai my ideal weight.. insyaAllah..
