Dinner:@ 7.30 pm
300 ml H20 + 2 scoops F1 Dutch Choc + 1/2 bowl of Cereal (Low Fat Oats & Wheat Flakes with Triple Berry)
400 ml Tea + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
300 ml H20
