3 pieces Keropok Ikan
500 ml H20

Lunch:@ 1.45 pm
1/2 nasi minyak + 1/4 Sambal Goreng + 2 small pieces Ayam Percik
1 glass Air Sirap
100 ml H20
300 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
300 ml H20

Dinner:@ 8.00 pm
1/2 bowl of Cereal (Low Fat Oats & Wheat Flakes with Triple Berry) + 7 pieces Black Grapes + 1 Banana + 1/4 bowl HL Marigold Choc Low Fat
300 ml Tea + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
300 ml H20

Supper:
300 ml H20 + 3 scoops F1 Dutch Choc
