400 ml H20 + 3 scoops F1 Cappuccino + 1 scoop F3 + 3 scoops HL Marigold Choc Low Fat
400 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
400 ml H20

In between:
300 ml H20

Lunch:@ 12.15 pm
400 ml H20 + 3 scoops F1 Cappuccino + 1 scoop F3
3 pieces Jacob Wheatmeal
400 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
400 ml H20

Snack:@ 4.20 pm
Few pieces Jacob Wheatmeal
400 ml H20

Dinner:@ 7.30 pm
1/2 rice + 1/2 sayur + 1 piece fish
400 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix
400 ml H20

* Teamix: 1.2 liter
* H20: 1.9 liter
