Lunch: @ 3.10 pm
1 plate Nasi goreng (self-made)
300 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix
400 ml H20

Dinner: @ 7.45 pm
1/4 plate of Pecal (Tauhu, Taugeh & Telur) – home made
Few pieces Tempe goreng

500 ml Air Sirap Laici
250 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix
400 ml H20

* Teamix: 0.95 liter
* H20: 1.2 liter
