Lunch: @ 3.40 pm
400 ml H20 + 4 scoops F1 Cappuccino + 1 scoop F3
2 pieces Choc Hazelnut

Dinner: @ 7.00 pm
1/6 Nasi Goreng
4 slices Gardenia Bread with Serawa Durian
