Day 62

Breakfast: @ 6.00 am
400 ml H20 + 4 scoops F1 Strawberry
400 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix Peach
400 ml H20

Morning Break: @ 10.30 am
Few pieces Roti Jala + kuah kari
2 pieces Samosa
1 cup Coffee

Lunch Break: @ 1.30 pm
1/4 rice + 1 piece ikan tenggiri with sos + few pieces Sotong + few spoons Ayam campur + 3 pieces Lauk Tauhu
1 plate of Salad, Tomato, Cucumber, Papadom & Keropok with Mayo Sos (share for 2)
1 plate of Watermelon (Red & Yellow) - (share for 2)
2 piece Kuih & 1 slice Layer Cake (share for 2)

hihihi.. x tahu ape nama kek2 tu.. tp sedap..

1 glass Teamix Peach

Dinner: @ 9.30 pm
1 piece Mango
