Breakfast: @ 7.15 am
400 ml H20 + 4 scoops F1 Strawberry + 1 scoop F3
400 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix Peach
400 ml H20

In the car:
Few pieces Chipster
200 ml H20

Lunch: @ R&R Nilai (2.30 pm)
1/4 rice + 1 piece Ikan Keli masak berlada + 1/2 sayur kangkung goreng
1/2 glass Teh ‘O’ Limau
1 slice Papaya

@ Office:
500 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix Peach
500 ml H20

Dinner: @ 7.15 pm
400 ml H20 + 4 scoops F1 Strawberry + last bit F3
3 pieces Jacobs Hi-Fibre
2 small part Ikan pari berlada
400 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix Peach
400 ml H20

* Teamix: 1.3 liter
* H20: 1.5 liter
