Day 47

Breakfast:@ 8.45 am
3 set Gardenia Breaktrough (2 slices each set) + 1 spoons Hi5 Kaya Pandan (each set)
400 ml H20 + 1/4 teaspoon Teamix Peach
400 ml H20

In between:
1 packet Roasted Soy Nut
500 ml H20

Lunch:@ 1.30 pm

In between:
200 ml H20

Dinner:@ 7.15 pm
1/4 rice + 1/2 piece Ikan pari goreng + 1/4 rebung masak lemak cili api
Few pieces Keropok Ikan
800 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix Peach
400 ml H20

Supper:@ 9.30 pm
1 pack Nasi Minyak + ayam masak merah + pacri nenas
900 ml H20 + 1/2 teaspoon Teamix Peach
